    Job Responsibilities:
    (1) Answering and receiving the calls, provide excellent customer service to wale-in clients and maintain the company image.
    (2) Responsible for daily office maintenance, office equipment management.
    (3) Responsible for office supplies procurement, rent payment, telephone bill payment, etc.
    (4) Cooperate with the personnel administration department of the company to carry out basic personnel work (such as entry and exit formalities, etc.).
    (5) Cooperate with the sales department to do project docking, sales data statistics, report production,etc. (6) Cooperate with the company's finance department to handle part of the basic financial work, such as cost statistics, reimbursement, paste invoices, etc.
    (7) Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday,9am to 6pm

    Job Requirements:
    (1) At least a Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent.
    (2) At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    (3) Able to start work in short notice or immediate.
    (4) Well groom and professional.
    (5) Able to accept occasional business trip if required.
    (6) Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
    (7) Able to translate English and simple Chinese documents is compulsory.
    (8) Billingual and knowledge in Third Asian languages is advantageous.

    Provides on-site technical solutions for customers by analyzing, reviewing and inspecting findings to determine source of problem.

    Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

    Anticipate and identify market research information needs, both collaboratively with internal business partners and proactively based on knowledge of market and products.

    Build and maintain industry and market intelligence database, independently provide regular summary reports identifying business needs, opportunities, market attractiveness, and customer trends, etc.
